USA Business Brokers is a locally owned and operated business. We have been serving the Tri-Cities (Northeast Tennessee - Southwest Virginia) for over 19 years, selling businesses and commercial real estate. We are located in Johnson City and cover an area about 60 miles  around us including the cities of Bristol, Greeneville, Elizabethton, Unicoi, Erwin, Rogersville and Abingdon.

Buying an existing business has many advantages, immediate cashflow, a customer base and staff already in place along with suppliers, you will be trained in most cases by the seller, you will purchase the business based on "actual" financial information and a proven history.

Once we have a signed "Offer and Acceptance" from the Purchaser and the Seller, we will manage the administrative maze of the close and work with the appropriate attorneys and financial intitutions to accomplish a smooth sale.
